The Sparring Course (Level 1) will be held on 9 and 16 March 2014 at the STF National Training Centre.

Time : Sunday 9 March 2014 – 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Sunday 16 March 2014 – 5.30pm to 8.00pm
Test : Sunday 16 March 2014 – 8.00pm onwards

Requirement : Sparring Course (Fundamental) Certification
Dress Code : ‘Dobok’
Successful candidates will be exempted from sparring when they go for their 1st to 2nd dan grading.
