An Unarmed Combat Course (Level 1) will be conducted on 7, 8, 14 and 15 July 2012 at the STF National Training Centre for poom belts and black belts.
The course timings and other details are attached.Please take note of the registration period and fees.
You will notice that the timings for poom belts and black belts are different. However, if the response is not so good for either the poom belt or black belt course, it will be combined. The combined course will be held at the earlier timing.
