The World Taekwondo Federation will be organizing an International Kyorugi Referee Seminar from Tuesday 13 to Friday 16 September 2011 in Gold Coast, Australia.
If you are a Class 1 National Kyorugi Referee, hold a 4th dan Kukkiwon and have been actively contributing to the development of taekwondo in Singapore, you may apply for participation and sponsorship by Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF).

The closing date for application is Monday 1 August 2011.
