Please be informed that the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) will be held as follows:
Date: Saturday, 5 September 2026
Time: 2:00 PM (Lunch will be served prior to the meeting from 12:30 PM)
Venue: STF Bedok National Training Centre, 7 Bedok North Street 2, Singapore 469646
Please note the following arrangements for the AGM:
- Full Members (Voting Members) may vote in person or appoint, in writing, an authorised delegate to vote on their behalf. Kindly complete the Delegate Registration Form.
- Associate Members may appoint, in writing, an authorised representative to attend the AGM. Kindly complete the Authorised Representative Registration Form.
- Please submit the completed registration form via email to stkdf.agm@gmail.com with the subject title:
“STF AGM 2026: (Affiliate’s Name)” by 6:00 PM, Wednesday, 2 September 2026.- Full Members should submit the Delegate Registration Form for their authorised delegate.
- Associate Members should submit the Authorised Representative Registration Form for their representative.
