Mr Daniel Kim from Ildo Taekwondo will be conducting a demonstration seminar on Sunday 24 March 2013 at the National Training Centre.
At the seminar, participants will be introduced to the various elements of taekwondo demonstration with a special focus on technical kicking and taekwondo gymnastics. Mr Baek Moojin, STF’s marble breaking champion and record holder will also be demonstrating taekwondo breaking, one of the many elements of taekwondo demonstration.
Participants will be split into groups based on their various ability levels (beginner, intermediate and advance) and taught progressive training methods to train confidently and safely.
