The Sparring Course (Level 1) will be held on 10 & 11 October 2015 at the STF National Training Centre.

Time : Saturday 10 October 2015 – 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Sunday 11 October 2015 – 2.30pm to 5.30pm
Test : Sunday 11 October 2015 – 5.30pm onwards

Requirement : Sparring Course (Fundamental) Certification
Dress Code : ‘Dobok’
Successful candidates will be exempted from sparring when they go for their1st to 2nd poom or dan grading.
