Daniel Kim, Chief Instructor of Ildo Taekwondo, will be conducting a course on Taekwondo Aerobics, one of the items which will be featured in the 1st STF Taekwondo Demonstration Championships.
With vast experience as a performer, Daniel will share with you his moves, simply called ‘come and go’ with K-Pop music. He will also teach you how to shuffle dance with taekwondo movements. The course promises to be fun and exhilarating.

Time : 2.30pm to 4.00pm (for children up to 15 years old)
: 4.15pm to 5.45pm (for those older than 15 years old)
Place : STF National Training Centre
No of Participants : Maximum – 50
Registration Fee : On or before Monday 21 May 2012 – $50.00
On or before Wednesday 23 May 2012 – $60.00
On the spot registration – $70.00
The classes will be combined if the response is not enough for the two classes to be organized.The registration form is attached.
