All coaches are reminded to check every grading card and the overall grading result sheet. Counting the number of cards and collecting the overall result sheet are not enough.
Here are the reasons:
- The names on the result sheet may be wrongly spelt.
- The grades of candidates may not be correctly reflected.
- The grading card may show ‘double’ but the result printed is ‘pass’.
Coaches should also check the accuracy of the certificates they collect from the office.
Are the errors common? No.
Can it happen? Yes. But in the rare occasion when it happens, strangely it will come back and haunt all involved. Therefore all coaches are urged to ensure that every thing is in order before leaving the Secretariat.
