The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) notes with regret the high percentage of failures. There is no reason for this as almost all affiliates have qualified national referees who can help them prepare for the course.

The STF would like to appeal to all clubs to train their members before sending them for any qualification course. There are a couple of clubs which are doing just that. Their students not only passed with ease the various courses but were also outstanding. All affiliates should go the extra mile for their members.
