1. The SOF-Peter Lim Scholarship started in 2010 with generous donation from philanthropist and sports enthusiast, Mr Peter Lim. This scholarship will continue till 2030.
2. The scholarship aims to enable young deserving sports talents from financial challenged background to achieve their sporting goals; and support young high performing athletes under 18 years old to pursue sporting excellence in their chosen fields. 3. The SOF-Peter Lim Scholarships is now opened for application and the closing date is 10 February 2025, 4pm (Singapore Time Zone). Please note that only sports that are competed at the major games as follows are eligible to apply for the scholarship:

While for the STF 2024 National Development Squad athletes who intend to apply for the High Performance U18 category, please complete the application form, submit it together with the required supporting documents and email to stkdf@mail.com on or before Monday, 27 January 2025, 5pm. Incomplete application(s) and/or late application(s) received after 27 January 2025 will not be reviewed. Only completed application with supporting documents will be reviewed. Applicants will be informed before Friday, 7 February 2025 regarding the application.

The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) Virtual Taekwondo National Development Squad (VTKD NDS) has performed excellently at the inaugural Singapore 2024 World Taekwondo Virtual Championships held in November 2024 wining a total of nine medals, four Golds, four Silvers and one Bronze.

The STF is organising the 2025 VTKD NDS Open Selection for aspiring athletes to join the squad in preparation to qualify for Major Games in 2025 and beyond.

The brief information for the Open Selection is as follows:

Dates: 22 & 23 February 2025
Venue: STF Bedok National Training Centre (Address: 7 Bedok North Street 2, Singapore 469646)

The Global Management System (GMS) annual licence for year 2025 is now open for registration as the current GMS licence will expiry end of December 2024.

The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) invites affiliated members who wish to renew or apply for the GMS annual licence to submit your application through your clubs.

Please submit your application(s) with payment latest by Friday, 27 December 2024. The form is available in the form folder on STF website and here’s the link as well – https://stf.sg/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/2020-08-GMS-Agreement.pdf.
