Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inquiries (walk-ins, emails, telephone, etc.) promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage class bookings, including make-up and trial classes.
- Explain the sign-up process and assist with enrollment.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (for interacting with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Female candidates preferred (for assisting very young female students during classes).
- Cheerful and enthusiastic disposition.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact politely with customers.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For Foundation to Red 2, grading can only be done by qualified Grading Assessors who have successfully completed the Grading Assessor Accreditation Course and have applied for a valid Assessor licence.
- Submission for the Grading can only be at the STF office during office hours.
Please ensure that ALL grading cards are properly completed and duly endorsed. A recent photograph of the candidate must be attached
- For ALL candidates who are going for 1st Dan/Poom & above, please have the following documents during submission:
a) Candidate’s grading card
b) 1 recent IC / passport photograph of the candidate
c) Form B (duly completed)
Submission will not be accepted if any of the documents is not available or, for Form B, partially completed.
- Submission will not be accepted if candidate fails to produce any of the documents mentioned above
- The last day of submission (Junior Red 1 & above, Senior Red 1 to 3rd Dan) is on 25 March 2025 (Tuesday). Any submission after this date will be considered as LATE SUBMISSION
- Late submissions for candidates taking Red 1 & above are to be done within two (2) weeks from 26 March 2025 (Wednesday). Submission beyond the grace period of two (2) weeks WILL NOT be accepted. An administrative fee will be charged accordingly for late submission within grace period. The charges are as follows:

- A roll call will be taken at 1.30pm for Red 1 (Senior) candidates going for 1st dan and 2.30pm for 1st dan and higher candidates. Those who miss the roll call will be considered as ABSENT or LATECOMERS. Latecomers will not be graded.
- Candidates are to turn up in proper dress code (as stipulated by the STF) for the grading. Candidates who fail to comply with the dress code will not be allowed to take the grading.
- Supplementary Grading can only be conducted two (2) weeks before or after the Centralised Grading and will be subjected to the approval of the Grading Department.
- While STF will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of the grading procedure, Candidates will take all reasonable steps to ensure their own safety at all times and will not hold the Federation, the Grading Department or any of its servants, employees or agents responsible for any such injuries, accidents or mishaps that may befall on them during the course of the grading.

SUPPLEMENTARY GRADING
1. For clubs that wish to conduct supplementary grading for Junior 1st Poom to 4th Poom, a minimum number of 25 candidates is required.
2. Please register with the STF Secretariat by 25 March 2025 (Tuesday).
3. An examiner will be assigned by the Federation after the closing date.
COLOUR BELTS
- The last day of submission for colour belts (club grading) is on 16 May 2025 (Friday). Any submission after this date will be considered as LATE SUBMISSION.
- An administrative fee of SGD 5.00 will be charged for late submission of candidates taking all other grades except Brown 1 & above.
SENIOR 4TH DAN & ABOVE
- The schedule of the grading will be announced after the closing date.
- For those that are doing feats (senior 5th and 6th Dan), please submit to the grading department via email (stf.grading@gmail.com) on what you are going to perform for your feats before 17 April 2025 (Thursday).
- For the thesis component, candidates have to submit their thesis latest by 16 May 2025 (Friday). Thesis have to be emailed in to stf.grading@gmail.com
- The last day of submission for Senior 4th Dan & above is on 17 April 2025 (Thursday).

Open Selection 2025 – Announcement of Results
The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) National Development Squad (NDS) Open Selection 2025 was conducted on 4, 5 and 11 January 2025.
The STF Board and High Performance Committee would like to thank the participating affiliates, athletes and coaches for being part of the Open Selection 2025.
The Open Selection 2025 results are in Annexes 1 and 2.
In accordance with the STF NDS 2025 Selection Policy, paragraph on Appeals for Review stated “Candidates may submit an appeal for review within TWO (2) days of the official announcement of the selection results on the STF Website to the STF Secretariat at
stkdf@mail.com. The appellant shall be required to pay a bond fee of SGD 200.00 (subjected to GST), which will be forfeited if the appeal is assessed and determined to be unmeritorious or frivolous contrary to the objective selection criteria. Otherwise, the bond will be refunded to
the appellant.” Athletes may refer to the contents on Appeal for Review in the STF NDS 2025 Selection Policy posted on STF website on 11 October 2024(NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SQUAD 2025 SELECTION POLICY – Singapore Taekwondo Federation 新加坡跆拳道总会) For avoidance of doubt, the appeal shall be submitted to stkdf@mail.com latest by Friday, 14 February 2025, 2359 hrs, if the candidate/club wishes to appeal.

The Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) Virtual Taekwondo National Development Squad (VTKD NDS) has performed excellently at the inaugural Singapore 2024 World Taekwondo Virtual Championships held in November 2024 wining a total of nine medals,
four Golds, four Silvers and one Bronze.
The STF is organising the STF 2025 VTKD NDS Open Selection Boot Camp for aspiring athletes to join the squad in preparation to qualify for Major Games in 2025 and beyond.
Eligibility
Participants must be Singapore citizens, STF Poom or Black belt holders aged from 13 years old and above (as of calendar year) and are members of STF affiliated clubs. Affiliated Clubs may register up to a maximum of six participants (three males and three females). Any
additional participants will be placed on the reserved list.

Interested affiliates and participants are required to submit the completed forms to stkdf@mail.com by Saturday, 15 February 2025, 2359hrs (GMT +8).

Components of Open Selection Boot Camp
The STF VTKD NDS Open Selection Boot Camp comprises three (3) components*. The components are as follows:
a) Technical Component;
b) Physical Component; and
c) Virtual Taekwondo Component

The selection will be opened for observation by the registered accompanying coaches (must be level 2 qualified). There shall be no photography and/or videography during the camp. Individuals who are unwell, on leave of absence or contagious disease should not
attend the camp.
Detailed information will send to the registered clubs by Wednesday, 19 February 2025. Please contact the Secretariat at stkdf@mail.com in the event if the information is not received. The STF VTKD NDS Open Selection Policy will be make available before the
open selection boot camp.
