This announcement serves to inform and share the approved Singapore Taekwondo Federation (STF) Membership Policy effective from 17 July 2023 onwards.
Please take note of the revised conditions for institutions and qualifications requirement of Individuals/Head Coaches which are in alignment with SportSG and CoachSG. There is also the one-time membership entrance fee other than the annual/renewal fee for application of membership.

Promotion Scheme for National Kyorugi and Poomsae Referees
As presented during the recent Referee Refresher course 2023, Referees will continue to use their existing referee booklets for recording of their refereeing hours. Upon satisfying the necessary requirements, referees may fill up the referee promotion form and submit the form
via email to stkdf@mail.com, together with the necessary supporting documents (e.g.refereeing records, STF Dan certificate and etc).
Once the softcopy has been approved, the STF office will process your certificate. Please contact the STF office in advance to arrange for your certificate collection before turning up at the STF office.

The Kyorugi Referee Seminar 2023 2nd session
The Kyorugi Referee Seminar 2023 2nd session will be on 07 Aug 2023, with the objective to share the updated rules and regulations with all qualified referees and wider fraternity. Qualified referees who have attended the seminar will be eligible to officiate at all Singapore Taekwondo Federation organized or sanctioned tournament until the next Referee Seminar.
The seminar is also open to all Coaches and trainers for them to have a better understanding of the rules and regulations.
